Medical exam fraud is ‘biggest education scam’
Large-scale fraud in India’s medical entrance examination or the Pre-Medical Test – being described as India’s biggest education scam – is having serious wider repercussions, calling into question the quality of medical education and the qualifications of some recently graduated doctors.
Exam board officials, politicians, businessmen, doctors and middlemen have been implicated in the multi-million dollar racket across a number of states.
In the worst-hit central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, a former education minister in the state Laxmikant Sharma is currently under arrest in connection with the fraud. FULL STORY

Lady dentist executed for treating male patient
Now, ISIS has executed a female dentist who was found ‘guilty’ of treating a male patient. Two days ago, she was nabbed by the Islamic State, along with four others. The India-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in services and investment when implemented is expected to facilitate the temporary movement of business people, including contractual service suppliers and independent professionals in accounting, architecture, engineering services, medical and dental, nursing and pharmacy, computer services and management consulting.
