NEET replaced by AIPMT
NEET exam has now been replaced by the more flexible All India Pre Medical Entrance Test (AIPMT), to be conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education, which earlier conducted NEET.AIPMT is to be used for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses and is taking place on May 4, 2014. Fee structure for undergraduate engineering, medical and dental courses for the academic year 2014-15 would remain almost the same as 2013-14.
Private college managements met Chief Minister Siddaramaiah here on Friday, and it was decided to go ahead with the existing agreement.
