NY Dentist ‘dropped his pants’ and fondled staffers
A Manhattan dentist dropped his pants and repeatedly walked around his office in just his checkered boxers, a lawsuit says.
Dr. Robert Massimi Jr. fondled female staffers and ordered them to “turn around so I can look at your ass,” court papers allege.
The owner of Beautiful Smile on West 86th Street, Massimi also forced two office managers to bill clients for procedures he didn’t perform, the two staffers allege in a suit filed Friday in Bronx Supreme Court. MORE HERE
