College removes principal after protest over dental suicide
Over 250 students of the Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary (SGT) University and family members of the 23-year-old medical student who recently committed suicide blocked the Gurgaon-Jhajjar road on Monday, demanding action against the institution.
The seven-hour long protest ended after the college suspended the principal and the head of the department of medicine submitted his resignation. More than 80 protesters, including 15 students of the college, were booked for blocking the road for several hours, police said. MORE HERE

Crackdown on unqualified dentists
Forty-five per cent of the city’s active dentists are unqualified, claimed the Telangana Dental Association (TDA). Improper governmental regulation and the local unit of the Dental Council of India (DCI) had helped proliferate such ‘quacks’, who were flourishing at the cost of the gullible, the TDA said. Korea: In a comparison of bite size, grams of food ingested per minute, chewing power and total meal duration, among other factors, researchers from Korea have found substantial differences between the sexes for each parameter.
